Nature, both around and within , inspires Biswarupa’s work. An amalgamation of these two forces is reflected in her art. At times rhythmic and sublime , and yet another time a fiery duel. The interaction between these two forces form the vibrancy of colors ,strokes and texture in her work. Her roots, culture, heritage, the tribal influences, her past, her travels, her friends and even the strangers who she comes across on the unknown streets ,the faces that she could not forget, the everyday mundane…she sees an inspiration in everything. The feel of her paintings always conveyed the eternal truth that we are all changing and evolving each breathing moment.

A visual artist and illustrator living and practicing in Dubai, is a fashion designer by training from NIFT, New Delhi and a Masters from IED, Milan. Biswarupa’s immense love for art made her give up the fashion career in order to begin a new career in art. Since 2016 she has been a full time artist. However her artistic journey started very early in life, As a kid she always dreamt of being a poet, just like her father. But instead of a pen she picked up the brush. Biswarupa has participated in many prestigious art shows in Dubai as well as internationally. Her work is collected by passionate art lovers across the world.
